In January of this year (2008), I wrote a book to help others toward success. To summarize in just a few words the wisdom of many great authors whom I have read over the years, the “keyword” for positive change is “affirmation”. This book essentially is a compilation of 365 Great Affirmations that you can read and practice, mentally, as you need. They will plant the seeds for positive change in your life.
Affirmations have always worked for me and I hope that you will give them a chance too.
